JSC "Uztransgaz" Publishes its First ESG Report Aligned with ISSB Standards
JSC "Uztransgaz" prepares an ESG report every year. What makes this year's edition new, however, is that it has been developed in full alignment with the international ISSB (International Sustainability Standards Board) standards — IFRS S1 and IFRS S2 — for the first time. The Report has now been published on the Company's official website.
The Report has been prepared in line with IFRS S1 "General Requirements for Disclosure of Sustainability-related Financial Information" and IFRS S2 "Climate-related Disclosures", as well as SASB (Oil & Gas – Midstream) industry-specific metrics. It presents the Company's 2025 performance across key areas, including:
🌱 environmental protection and rational use of natural resources
🦺 occupational health and industrial safety
🌍 climate change and greenhouse gas emissions management
⚡️ energy efficiency and renewable energy sources
💰 economic performance
The publication of the Report reflects the Company's commitment to the national sustainable development and ESG agenda, and supports its strategic goal of obtaining an international ESG rating.
