APPEAL of the Chairman of the Board of JSC "Uztransgaz"

Dear employees of the joint-stock company "Uztransgaz" and its structural units!

Today, ensuring the rule of law in our country, strengthening openness and transparency in public administration, and forming an uncompromising attitude toward corruption are among the priority directions of state policy. In this regard, the principle of "the rule of law and human dignity," put forward by the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, is of great importance for the oil and gas industry, as well as for all other sectors.

As the President noted, corruption is a negative vice that serves as a serious obstacle to the development of society, government agencies, and the economy. Therefore, combating it must be a priority task not only for law enforcement agencies but also for every leader and employee.

In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Combating Corruption," the task of preventing and eradicating corruption in every state and economic entity is defined, as well as forming an intolerant attitude toward corruption in the public consciousness.

Based on this, the principles of legality, transparency, honesty, and justice are priorities in the activities of JSC "Uztransgaz." Corruption, conflicts of interest, nepotism, and abuse of power are strictly prohibited.

Every employee is obliged to perform their official duties conscientiously, strictly adhere to legal requirements, prioritize the interests of the state and society, and deeply realize their personal responsibility. Any circumstance contrary to the law must be reported in the prescribed manner, and the rights and legitimate interests of such persons shall be protected by the state.

In conclusion, I would like to emphasize that the fight against corruption is a civic and professional duty not only of individual structures but also of every employee. Loyalty to the law, honesty, and justice must become the solid foundation of the activities of JSC "Uztransgaz."

Only in this way will we strengthen public trust, ensure stability and efficiency in the sector, and fulfill our high responsibility to future generations.
