Compliance systems

In accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 114 dated March 2, 2021, an antimonopoly compliance system has been introduced in JSC “Uztransgaz”. The responsibility for monitoring and ensuring the effective operation of this system has been assigned to the Compliance Control Department.

The Company continuously implements measures aimed at ensuring compliance with competition legislation, reducing risks related to restriction of competition, and maintaining transparency and openness in its activities.

In addition, an interactive reporting system has been launched on the official website of JSC “Uztransgaz” for submitting information regarding possible violations of competition law.
